- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

- Go to My Orders β Select Order β Request Return/Exchange
- Provide the reason and upload images if required
- Our team will review and approve the request
- Pickup or exchange will be scheduled if approved
π Return Pickup
- Pickup will be arranged at your delivery address
- Items must be packed securely in original packaging
- Pickup availability depends on your serviceable location
π Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 7β10 working days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is from Petotyβs side
π Exchange Process
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Replacement products are shipped after return verification
- If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued
